Tokio Groove Jyoshi

Only discovered these ladies about two weeks ago but I'm already hooked. They are one of the best things I stumbled over by accident.

They are all amazing musicians and work together so well. Love them all, but Rina, well, there's something about her movement, graceful, stylish and elegant that gets me everytime. She's lovely and a fantastic bass player.

The Tokio Groove Jyoshi musicians are very talented. Harumo really reminds me of the sax player on the old Saturday night live.. back when it was good. Mimi, tightest drummer on the planet! Ami, magic fingers on keyboard, Rina another cool as shit bass player.

I'm a wild fan about some sax players, but the great thing about this ensemble is that trying to find a favorite is just fruitless as the talent and attraction to them all is so perfectly placed. I listened to and went to a LOT of jazz similar this in the distant past, and the memories come flooding in.
